Great location, tram station at the opposite side of the hotel. Breakfast was great with lots of gluten free options. Some staff seemed uninterested and the bar was not open.
Room with the air conditioning unregulated, adjusted and it returned to the standard temperature. There is no box and the shower wet the entire toilet, everything was soaked and disgusting. Attentive reception staff and good breakfast.
We booked this hotel for my daughter to stay during her Bocconi Summer School study in July. Her cash (from the safe) and bag (from the luggage) are stolen. Now it is upsetting that her belongings are stolen but it is straight out terrifying that a criminal have access to your kid's room. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world for the last 20 years. This is the first time , i comment on a hotel. Stay away at all cost.
