clean and spacious rooms, good beds and the staff was helpful. Unfortunately they have an air conditioning problem, which according to a staff member AND many other reviews is a well known problem. On our first night we were freezing because the AC couldn’t be regulated even from the reception, the other days it was okay. Also, as many people have mentioned, you need to pay 8€ for half a day to use the pool, which we did, and the water was freezing cold (in July!). The breakfast buffet was okay, nothing special, could be a bit more for a 4-star hotel. The hotel itself is not centrally located but there’s a bus stop directly adjacent to it.

An outdated hotel in urgent need of a thorough renovation. Everything feels old, worn, and somewhat unclean. The outdoor pool, added later to make the hotel more appealing, can only be accessed from outside via the main entrance, requiring guests to walk through the lobby in swimwear—an uncomfortable experience. Note: Use of the pool and the underground parking incurs additional fees. I cannot recommend this hotel.

Disappointing stay. While it seems to be trying to cater to both business travellers and families, it doesn’t deliver for either. The positives: The room was spacious and cleaned well, which I appreciated. The negatives: The air conditioning barely functioned, making the room uncomfortably warm. I was unable to get the WiFi working at all - frustrating during a business trip. The bed was rock hard, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Room locks were temperamental and often took several tries to open/close securely Breakfast coffee was poor – far below expectations for a 4-star hotel; IN ITALY! You have to pay to use the pool! Staff service was inconsistent – some were helpful, others quite disengaged. No iron or ironing board available on the first night. On the second night, I was given one – but it came without a cover. Overall, I left feeling disappointed and surprised this hotel is rated 4 stars.
