Not in the center or the most interesting part of the city but it's easy to join ut by taking the Subway at Romolo, reachable in 10 minutes by feet. Room was perfectly ok, minus the toilet, very weirdingly designed: it's so close to the bathroom stand, that you can't sit right on it, but on the left side! Whereas the bidet has all the space in the world. Cleaning and breakfast ladies were especially kind and welcoming. All in all, a quite good experience.

We stayed for 2 days. It is a 4 star hotel that does not reflect its status. The basic problem is that rooms need renovation. Our room, although its size was good, had a bathroom that was of a 2 star level hotel (shower with brocken tiles, rusty items, etc). Breakfast was nice and its position in Navigli region was the reason that it was selected. Its value is reasonable and if room was of a 4 star hotel level, it would be undoubtedly a perfect choice.

Between July 11 and 14, 2025, I was accommodated at your hotel IH Hotels Milano Watt 13 and I can tell you that I was disappointed. I arrived in room (207) and was shocked to see a tiny room that has nothing to do with a 4-star hotel. I have been accommodated in such hotels twice before. Let me start with the problems: 1. The shower was not cleaned, it sprayed in all directions. The hose was very stiff. You need a shower head that you can adjust the jet and a more flexible hose. 2. The shelf by the bathroom mirror was not well fixed and was damaged. It was chipped. 3. The two light bulbs next to the bathroom mirror would not turn off at all. 4. The button (mask) to flush the toilet was moving. 5. There was limescale at the base of the shower glass. 6. Due to the lack of a door to the shower cabin, the water affected the bathroom door. It is swollen at the base. 7. The duvet was folded in two bed sheets, not in a duvet/fitted sheet. 8. I drank the tea provided. I was not given another one. 9. The minibar was empty. There was only one bottle of water that I was told was free. 10. I was shocked to see that they asked for my card to stop a guarantee. First time this has happened to me. In the last 3 years I have traveled to Budapest, Bratislava, Vienna, Prague, Munich and in my country Brașov, Cluj-Napoca, Iași, Constanța. Most of the hotels were 3 stars but with much better conditions than this hotel. Good breakfast, simple but good, with one exception: I saw that the egg eye cost 5 euros. Honestly, the hotel looks like a 3 star and I don't think I would return to this hotel. I had found 3 star hotels closer to the center and cheaper. My mistake.
