iHotel Sunny Beach

We were very pleased with our stay at iHotel. Sunny Beach itself is a worn-out concrete desert, but iHotel is truly an oasis. We particularly liked the lush courtyard. The restaurant balcony had a pleasant view. The pool area had many sun loungers and was a nice place to relax. We were very pleasantly surprised by the level of the restaurant. There were many options with fresh, high-quality ingredients. It was clear that there were skilled chefs in the kitchen. The common areas were cleaned continuously, and in general, the hotel was very, very clean. The staff was accommodating, friendly, and service-oriented. The hotel was very family-friendly and is located at the quieter end of Sunny Beach. Quiet, in the sense that it is far from nightclubs and bars, but the hotel is right next to an amusement park that plays insanely loud music every evening. Fortunately, the rooms had decent noise insulation. All in all, very good value for money.

Awesome hotel, stayed here with my family and had an excellent time. Everyone is super friendly and does a wonderful job of keeping the hotel clean and everyone happy. The food is great and the pool is brilliant. The lady who makes the omelettes is a hero (they are amazing!). They made our trip to Bulgaria an excellent one. Thanks guys!!

Nice modern hotel very close to the beach and the promenade with shops. Food: plenty of food for everyone, no queues, plenty of vegetable salads, fried food was from freezer, lots of little cakes (too sweet for me), cooked meat/stew was always good. I prefer quality to quantity, but my boyfriend was ok with it. The breakfasts and bakery weren’t very tasty. Alcohol drinks: we do not drink much, but I tried a coctail, did not like it:) Do not expect pina colada or mojito, just typical all inclusive “coctails”. Plenty of soft drinks to choose from. There is a Bar at the pool, did not enjoy the food. It is crowdy and loud by the pool, sometimes it was tricky to find a free spot later in morning, but always found one. Nice playground for kids, waterslide is for older children. there is a small lunapark for kids across the street that is open until cca 10:30 pm so I do not recommend a room facing the pool. Nice inside pool - not cold, not warm. Rooms and bathrooms are not huge, but it is ok for one week, huge comfy beds, nice balcony. Little space for clothes, but you don't need much here. The Beach is nice, lots of people, you can buy sunbeds for five euros or plenty of space for your own umbrella (you can buy one at the beach). The hotel is in a very good location. Sunny Beach area in general - will not come here again, too crowdy and noisy for me.
