Ikos Aria

Ikos Aria is outstanding: Not only because of the place itself, but also because of the people. Everybody is so welcoming and lovely! We take the chance to state the most outstanding service to us: Deluxe Reception: Thomas(!!), he will read ever wish from your eyes! Deluxe Beach: Herkules, Mario, Peter, Emiliano, Robert, Faustin, Vasilis… all of them will work for you in the heat with a smile in their face and are so polite. We will miss you!!! Deluxe Pool: Malu and George, both are very lovely to talk to and much fun! Kos Restaurant: Sofia, smart and very thoughtful! Beach Dinner: Biku, so kind and nice with kids! SPA: Nicola, she is just the best! Wonderfin swim lessons: Christianna, she is a beauty inside and out and so wonderful and cheerful with the kids! We hope to see everyone again!

If anyone wants to learn about customer service they should visit Ikos Aria!! Every single staff from top managers to housekeeping to waiters to life guards go above and beyond to do whatever it takes to make you happy! Special mention to one of the managers Ioannis who made our stay even more exceptional. We have stayed in some great hotels but this stood out for us. The food, location, amenities and rooms were amazing. The only thing I would mention would be that they need to have more entertainment in the evening. We Will definitely use the Ikos chain again!

Beautiful setting, fantastic staff – special thanks to Anthony! We had a memorable stay at Ikos, surrounded by stunning scenery and cared for by a team that clearly takes pride in what they do. The beach is gorgeous, the grounds are immaculate, and the food — especially in the à la carte restaurants — was often excellent. What really stood out, though, was the personalised care we received from the Resort Manager, Anthony. He took considerable time to listen to our feedback, address our concerns thoughtfully, and implement real changes that made the remainder of our stay much smoother and more enjoyable. That kind of attention is rare and very much appreciated — thank you, Anthony! While not everything was perfect (we had some challenges with kids’ programming and room layout), the team’s dedication to improvement was clear. The resort facilities are high quality, and the overall atmosphere is relaxed and elegant, especially in the quieter areas. We left with lovely memories, feeling both heard and cared for. Ikos delivers many truly special touches, and we’re grateful for the experience. Extra tip: Don’t forget to pack a couple of white evening outfits for the whole family! There’s a weekly White Party on the beach — super fun, and you’ll feel a bit out of place if you’re not dressed for it!
