Ikos Odisia All Inclusive

Ikos Odisia - The Gold Standard Every time we visit an Ikos we rate it more highly. Maybe it’s because they keep upping their game in terms of customer satisfaction or maybe it’s because they refresh the resorts. Having booked we contacted reception to arrange the airport transfer – that’s right, they collect you at their booth at arrivals and take you to the hotel – then we requested the double bed configuration, and then we requested bookings at the A La Carte restaurants for the first couple of nights. Everything was perfectly arranged. The experience starts at arrivals, with a greeting, our bags are in the transport, our driver guides and delivers us to Odisia reception, the bags are taken from the transport, then it hits you as you enter reception. The smell, the flowery fresh smell that Ikos receptions have. A young lady explains everything we need to know. We board a buggy and have a tour of the very impressive and expansive resort, learning where everything is, and are taken to the room, which was a surprise and delight – a walk out garden room onto the adults only pool. The resort is new, it large because it is generously laid out with open spaces and many smaller block accommodation. We visited all the restaurants, which are excellent. Each one has stunning views and each one provided all the entertainment that we wanted for the evening. As always, the staff are excellent, attentive, very friendly, entertaining. Staff of note for us were – Felina, Erato, Eva, Aris, Alexis. We have just booked again for another Ikos, can’t wait.

Absolutely amazing. The setting is beautiful. All inclusive and luxuriously done. Nothing is too much trouble. Lovely adults area to get away from kids. Restaurants were great and such lovely backdrops too. Honestly, we were struggling to find fault and will definitely be doing other Ikos in future. Great value for money too.

Another Wonderful Stay at Ikos Odisia We recently returned from our second stay at Ikos Odisia, and we're happy to say it was a truly memorable experience. Having stayed at the resort during its opening year—when teething issues made for a rather challenging visit—we were curious to see how things had evolved. As long-time Ikos loyalists, our expectations were high. We're pleased to report that two years on, the resort has made significant improvements across the board. From the seamless restaurant reservations to the prompt availability of buggies (with the exception of occasional delays at the Spa), the overall experience was smooth and well-organized. The culinary offering, as always, was exceptional—though we did miss the à la carte breakfast option, which seems to have been changed since our last visit. The team across the resort was warm and welcoming, and the overall service quality is now much more in line with the Ikos standard we’ve come to know and love. While there’s still a bit of room for improvement in guest experience at the Spa reception, this was a minor point in what was otherwise a fantastic stay. We’re grateful to see Ikos Odisia come into its own, and we’re already looking forward to returning.
