Il Baio Relais Natural Spa

Mille Grazie - Thank you so much, I had a wonderful stay! Everyone was so nice there and speaks English very well. I was on my way hiking from Rome to Assisi (camino francesco). As it was very cold and my body was tired I decided to have a rest in the Hotel and SPA. That was a great decision. Marina gave me a wonderful antistress-Massage, one of the best I ever had. The restaurant was closed, so I couldn't try it, but the breakfast was delicious! The lady at the reception was so welcoming and caring - Thank you so much, I arrived well in Foligno:).

The place is amazing, the scenery beautiful. The room is cosy and the service is good. I gave 3 stars because of few details that could have made my staying memorable. The bathroom was not clean as I had expected (spider webs) and some of the bathroom accessories were totally run down

My family (two adults and one toddler) and I plus some friends have been at “IL BAIO Relais” for a weekend. We booked for the half-board option, on top of that we had a nice dinner at the location. This review is only about the hôtellerie: Atmosphere & Place 3: The facility is great, easy to reach and has a lot of space for the different activities. Unfortunately, the location looks abandoned and not only because we have been there in the low season. Especially in the rooms, we booked had very old and badly maintained furniture. Menu 3: N.A. Service 5: From the check-in to the check-out, we never experienced a “relais” like experience. Especially when we raised some points such as the lack of blankets in the room, the noises coming from somewhere and the quality of the restrooms Bill 4: Il Baio is very expensive compared to similar structures in the area, not because of the price itself but because of its condition and service quality
