The bed linen and towels were dirty We got only 2 towels although we booked the triple room for 3 people The room was super noisy!!! Both from the street and from the room next to us (it’s not that the street itself was too crowded or that the next room people were noisy, its just that the room doesn’t have soundproofing at all) And the cherry on the top - we’ve got back to our room in the middle of the night (about 00:30) and the hotel’s main doors were locked with a note saying that one of the workers had to go to the hospital and hence they had to close it Ok, i wish her a lot of health and hope that she is ok, but why on earth does it mean that you need to lock us out? The note had an emergency number to call, and when we called, on the other side of the line there was someone that didn’t know a word in English!!! How do you put a man that doesn’t know a word in English as your emergency number when you lock us out of our room with our stuff in it????? So many things that was handled falsely in here! For next time if some thing like this happens: 1. Send a message to your guests with explicit direction on how to enter. Don’t let them find out only in the middle of the night after a long traveling day! 2. Put as an emergency number - a person that knows English! Also it was mentioned that there should be a kettle in the room and there was not And the shower was broken and there was no one to handle it (we asked for it before the incident of the hospital but I guess they didn’t make it, and afterward there was no one to talk to) The only thing that was good in the hotel is the women in the reception that was super nice and welcoming And the location was good
Nice location and rooms but the staff were rude repeatedly and nothing worked. Reception was supposed to be 24 hours but was repeatedly no one there at all during business hours. Stay away if you need to work or social media as there wifi is the worst I have ever experienced. Would definitely avoid until they resolve these issues.
There was a lot of noise from other guests at this hotel. We woke up on the first morning and there was no water in the hotel so we couldn't shower. The hotel reception is very strange and is actually a bar. The breakfast was awful. The hotel is housed in a lovely old building but there are offices in the same building with lots of people coming and going, so it’s not very secure. I would not recommend this hotel.
