I had a truly unforgettable stay at Il Casale di Monacella in Santa Venerina! The apartment was absolutely charming—spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and surrounded by nature. It perfectly blends rustic character with modern comfort. The location is peaceful and ideal for exploring the region, especially Mount Etna and the nearby coast. The hosts were warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and authentic Sicilian experience. I hope to come back soon!
This is one of the best places to stay, if you want to visit this area It's close to everything you need yet in a charming quiet village The owner Monica is very helpful and will go beyond to assure that your stay is perfect. These are good, down to earth people The place is absolutely fantastic, spotless clean, modern, and equipped with everything one needs Finally the view, specially in the morning there is no way to describe it you must see it for your self I only wish I could give a 6 star rating Monica again thanks for everything Regards Farrugia and Refalo Family's from Malta
A fantastic place to stay in, located between Catania and Taormina. The tidiness and quietness of the apartments are flawless, the garden is beautiful and clean, the pool SO refreshing, the BBQ place amazing, with a sea view on top. We will definitely return to Casale di Monacella, not only because of the above qualities, but because of the best host in the world, Monica, who is exceptionally helpful, friendly and warm. Amazing experience for the 9 of us who occupied 5 of the house's 6 apartments during one week this October.
