It's a nice hotel. The neighborhood is a little rough but that's Napoli. You can stay here but you don't want to eat here. Go out and eat real napoletano food. Pompei city has a nice pizza place called Allegria. A nice bar called Mama’S music pub. If you go there greet Martina for me and say the crazy German Julian send you. And a little secret I will share with you is Giovanni, the receptionist. He has a beautiful nee York Italian accent and is just a great guy. Just because of him I will visit again.
I was there as a tour guide with a large group. Everything was perfectly fine. First of all, I would like to highlight the staff, including everyone. They are very nice people and helpful in everything. The food is varied and very tasty. The chef deserved congratulations. The rooms and the whole environment are clean.
Promised a restaurant but it was not open at 7pm in the middle of high season so I doubt it's ever open. The front desk offered to order pizza for us for what it's worth. Friendly enough but the neighborhood is unattractive and as no restaurants, pubs or corner stores. Just a working class buisness hotel.
