One of Arezzo's best kept secrets – and one of its best values. What truly sets this hotel apart from others in Tuscany is the wonderful staff. We were amazed by the way they go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure the guests are comfortable and have everything they need. Ilaria took such good care of us, we're still talking about her! We will stay at Hotel Il Gentiluomo many times in the future...
I chosen this hotel mainly because of the location!The rooms are ok,the receptionist was very polite and helpful!BUT BUT don't choose to eat in their restaurant,I did a reservation for 20:30 and until now that I am writing this review I don't even order!I ask directly the reception if their waitress has any problem with me because I think unacceptable to take orders from the other clients specially when they came after me and be so disrespectful to me! So if you need to sleep somewhere close by the highway it's ok!BUT EAT SOMETHING BEFORE YOU ARRIVE HERE!
