Amazing hotel in the heart of Florence. We were there for three days, the room was beautiful and you could really feel the florentine air through the building. Esmeralda the host was also very kind and very helpful in giving us indications about all the places the visit. She also gifted us with the typical Cantucci biscuits, we really loved our stay there.

Love the room! Since the original architecture of the building is well-maintained, the place was very clean also. Esmeralda the host is very nice and warm welcoming us. You can reach the place by using tram for about 13 mins from the station 🫶

Only one word : PERFECT! Everything was absolutely perfect, from the beginning to the end. Perfect location, the city center 15 min by walk, the tram just in front of the hotel, airport 30 minutes by tram, very easy! The room was perfectly clean and decorate, very comfortable, all the furnitures needed. The area is perfectly safe and peaceful! Esme is absolutely lovely and adorable. She’s super helpful for everything, if you need anything she’ll help you! She gives very good explanations about the room and great recommendations for food and places to visit! She’s the heart of the hotel and you’ll understand why 😏 100% recommend this place!
