I had the pleasure of spending New Year's Eve 2024 here with some friends. We rented 4 out of 6 apartments in the structure. The location is truly remarkable, immersed in silence and with a very large garden. In summer you can also enjoy a beautiful swimming pool. Mrs. Ginetta was always available, responsive and quick in managing our conversations. Really recommended to spend a few days of rest.

Perfect 2 week holiday! The structure is well looked after and welcoming, the green spaces are well maintained, the swimming pool is just the right size and cleaned daily. The apartments are furnished with taste and style, equipped with every comfort. In the evening, even on the hottest days, there is always a cool breeze because the structure is located on a hill. Perfect location for excursions around Lake Bolsena, Orvieto and the beauties of Tuscia Viterbo. Zeno was very welcoming and present for every request. We will be back

Bellissima posizione, piscina dimensionata per la struttura, anche se, se avesse avuto una decina di mq in più non avrebbe gustato, unica pecca forse il troppo cloro, non si riusciva a tenere aperto gli occhi sott’acqua, di 5 ombrelloni 4 erano inutilizzabili in quanto rotti, casa con una zona giorno con divano letto, camera e bagno con annesso piccolo patio dove fare colazione, cosa strana per un agriturismo che non fanno le colazioni, forse perché i proprietari non ci vivono, arredamento tipico da casale in collina, pecca nelle dotazioni da cucina, praticamente non c’erano ne piatti ne bicchieri, sale, olio… attrezzatevi in autonomia, c’è un supermercato vicino per acquistarne in plastica! La proprietaria molto gentile, ma si capisce che c’è tanto da fare con i tempi che corrono, i servizi sono tutto e in questa struttura ne mancano, nel complesso un ottimo posto dove trascorrere qualche giorno di relax! Consiglio per i non pretenziosi!
