Very nice place with nice service and people. Good food for the price. A bit of a problem with the sound between rooms, since the noise from the room next to mine's bathroom was too loud so I woke up, but it could have been worse. Also the shower in my room was a bit weird and sprouted water from all the faucets at the same time (3). Also it's pretty far out from other civilisation so if you're the type of people who like to be able to walk from the hotel to the city centre, this is not the place for you. It'll take around 15 minutes by car to get to the nearest big city. Those things were pretty minor to me, so overall a very good stay! Would recommend.
Stayed for two nights during our road trip. Good free parking, nice building, facilities and pool area. Communication with guests could be better. When we arrived there was a wedding party going on which resulted in extra noise that we were not expecting. Also if checking out on a Sunday you will not be allowed to use the pool as there is an "event" ongoing. This also came as a surprise to us. We had a superior room with a nice balcony. Otherwise room was fine but the TV was super small and really poor quality. Breakfast ok for Italy but yeah...mainly sweets like cake's etc. Staff were nice!
Warm water only available at certain moments during the day; bar available for 2 hours per day, however when we asked for a drink, we got information that only non- alcoholic beverages can be served; gate of the hotel does not open automatically, so every day we had to wait around minute or two till someone notices we are waiting at the gate for it to be opened or we had to call the reception; breakfast was poor- you could tell these are things just bought in the supermarket, no home-made cakes or anything like that; rooms were overall clean, but it you paid attention to detail you could see that things such as curtains and less frequented places of the hotel were pretty dusty; one night there was a wedding and we couldnt sleep- obviously noone notified us upfront; and now for the best part- during a storm our room got completely flooded (water pouring from the ceiling) we had to go to the reception in the middle of the night and switch our room; the room we got was a smaller room, without the bathroom size we paid for- not a big deal, but it surprised me noone offered us any discount because of that inconvenience. Never experienced something like that in a 4 star hotel.
