We stayed 3 nights 4 people in two double rooms. From the very warm welcome of Guiseppe, over the spacious, comfortable and very clean rooms and bathrooms, to the amazing breakfast, the relaxing terrace with jacuzzi, trust bar and a breathtaking view over the Tuscan hills and coast, we could just not believe how lucky we were to find this place. Nothing was missing and even extra towels for the beach were available. We enjoyed it to the max, and on our 2 week journey this was the best experience we had by far. And last but not least: prices for everything (rooms, breakfast, bar) are very friendly. We are already planning to come back again. Thanks Giuseppe, family and team!
We staid 3 days in Il Pogetto. Nice and comfortable bed rooms with all luxury comfort. Excellent breakfast with home made cakes. Very kind and friendly staff providing breakfast and very helpful with all kind of travel suggestions. Excellent price/qualitty.
Beautiful room, especially the one with the balcony. Very clean. Bottles of water and coffee machine. Lovely shower and toiletries ,excellent bed. If you go off season it is hard to find a restaurant or place to eat and owner doesn't like you to have food in room. It was difficult because I sprained my ankle. Anyway eventually he allowed us to take plates to room. There are only stairs and nobody on the premises if you need anything. Good phone contact but owner not available all the time. Beautiful area around the b and b I'm sorry you saw my review as negative because as I said the room was beautiful. Only after my accident was it a problem as you weren't available and it did take quite some time before you allowed us to eat in the room. In most hotels they allow you to eat so I found this a bit strange, especially considering my situation. I must say I prefer a hotel where people are on site for this reason. My husband had to visit a bar many times because there was no ice available as the freezer was locked away. It wasn't very convenient for us. I guess I would have preferred a bit more personal attention
