Il Salviatino is without a doubt the most beautiful hotel in Florence – a true gem just outside the city. The rooms are spacious, full of character, and beautifully designed to combine historic charm with modern comfort. The beds are large and incredibly comfortable – perfect for restful nights. The service was exceptional in every way: professional, attentive, and always ready to fulfill every wish. From the outstanding breakfast and delicious dinner to the refreshing pool, every moment felt special. The complimentary shuttle to the city center was also a great convenience. For our honeymoon, Il Salviatino was absolutely perfect – we couldn’t have imagined a better place. If you’re looking for peace, style, and top-level comfort, this is the place to be.

An absolutely gorgeous hotel and grounds, just a stone’s throw from the heart of Florence. We made a last-minute switch from a city-centre hotel to this little slice of paradise, hoping for the best of both worlds — and it totally delivered. The perfect balance of relaxation and proximity to all the shops, sights and energy of Florence. The staff? Genuinely exceptional. From the front desk to housekeeping to the service team, everyone was so kind, attentive, and genuinely proud to share the experience with us. You could tell they really cared that we got the most out of our stay. If you can, book one of the greenhouse rooms — trust me. The spa treatments were next-level: thoughtful, calming, and done to such a high standard. Food was lovely, and the interiors? Think Estelle Manor meets Italian villa — effortlessly chic with that dreamy, timeless charm. And the views? Unreal. If I had one tiny bit of feedback, it would be a little upgrade to the outdoor furniture by the rooms and pool — just to fully match the level of luxury elsewhere. But honestly, that’s splitting hairs. Truly fell in love with this place. Can’t wait to return. ❤️❤️❤️

What a wonderful experience - exceeded all expectations! Thank you so much to all the staff that made our stay magical: Andrea (Front house manager) = Immediately spent time with us on a tour and history of the property, presented a first class first impression. Luigi (Restaurant Manager/Sommelier) = Amazing recommendations and made our meals so enjoyable and fun! Johnny and Samuel (Bartenders) = Took our requests and created bespoke drinks that far exceeded our expectations. Long (Bartender at pool) = Amazing drink presentation skills! Paul (Concierge) = His tour, food, and experience recommendations were all spot on. Also helped us get our laptop shipped home from the Florence airport after we left it at security. We will definitely be back to visit our new friends!
