Great accomodation if you like comfort and tranquility. The beach can be reached within 5-8 minutes by car. In the near surroundings you have plenty of nice restaurants (within 5 min. by car) as well a small supermarket/bakery store/butcher and bar. There are only 8 apartments with a shared pool. Our house (Nepitella) had 3 bedrooms (1 triple upstairs, 1 single and 1 double dowmstairs). We stayed two weeks in August. Serena is very friendly and welcomed us upon arrival. The house is functionally furnished. Kitchen with all appliances and utensils needed. The residence is well maintained. Every day the pool is cleaned as well as the premises/gardens. Once a week all bed linnen and towels are changed as well a full cleaning of the apartment. Parking in front of the accomodation on a closed inside area which opens with an automated swing gate. Each apartment has its own sun beds and chair around the pool. Due to the Covid regulations all pillows for the chairs (inside/outside) were removed which made it less comfortable to sit outside. For the apartment with private garden it would be pleasant to also have one or two sun beds in the garden. The only minor thing would be the missing of a washing machine onsite. Especially for families who stay 2 or more weeks. Also for the upside bedroom we missed good curtains that could blind the windows better. Too much light comes in early in the morning. Overall we had two great weeks.

Beautiful, simple, elegant apartments with private parking!

A wonderful place, well-maintained and super clean. The apartment we stayed in had everything you could want. Mrs. Serena is the epitome of kindness, making us feel at home right away. The pool is a welcome addition on hot days and when returning from city trips. Highly recommended.
