It's Not a Quiet Place Cause There Were Events Happening Outside Up to 5h00 a.m. Loud Music and People Singing. It is a Nice Place. I Beleive They Can Improve Their Customer Service.. We Met the Talkative Lady Tracy at Reception, She Tried to Help. The Cleanliness Outside the Rooms, On the Pavement Needs More Attention..
Not taking us serious. How can you provide us with this fake juice. Since we arrive on the 5th January we ask 100% juice but no one was listening to us. Breakfast was below standard and dry.
The service was extremely poor and below standard. The food was stale and not fresh, staff were barely available to attend to the guests and my carpet was wet upon my arrival. I was extremely disappointed at the quality of service.
