Reception is just an introduction into perfectly clean rooms with heating and hot water, international breakfast enriched with Turkish specialties offered every day, brilliant swimming pool, sauna, Turkish hamam and on top, perfect Thai massage you can have every evening after a skiing spent 3km away on Yurdun Tepe, with 6-seated cable car and range of slopes on 1838m - 2330m height. The most shining spot of the hotel is its host, Mr. Hakan, warm-hearted and good intentioned manager who has it all under control. Highest recommendations for letting yourself be enchanted by this winter fairytale. To you will never forget it!

We stayed in this hotel in 03.2021 with our 2 kids in a junior suite. The room was very comfortable for a family of 4, except for the sofa bed for the kids, which was small and hard. There was enough choice of food in the restaurant but the food was not tasty. We are one night in the a la carte restaurant, which was a bit better. After reading the negative reviews, I was a bit hesitant to go but we were happy with the hotel for the prices they ask. The staff especially at the reception is a bit unfriendly. If you go for skiing avoid the sunroom if the hotel. The worse I've ever seen.

It's NOT 5 ⭐ hotel definitely! Maybe it's in winter time but in summer time it's a 3 ⭐ hotel. Breakfast was DISASTER! Food soooo poor, coffee machine was broken, TV in Lobby was broken! If it's broken - Fixed it!!!!! No, nobody took attention to it! Room was good, big and cozy. However, towels was disgusting with holes and dirty stains, room service was so bad they didn't clean room at all! My advice to the manager, if you can't mantained 5 ⭐ hotel off season don't open this hotel in summer time at all!
