Great hotel. Great beach access and enough shadow gor everyone. Buffet great. Staff great (although very limited English) 1 remark: not enough bathrooms near the beach area (and or not clean)
The facality is good, but their mentality is to rip customers off. They made us wait 15 minutes so they could check the room for every little thing which is extremely annoying when you’ve spent 100k already. The hotel is pretty decent but that last bit of experience ruined it for me. Not going back.
Location is great but they charge a hefty price just to rent a cabana at $85 per person. Then he negotiated with us to pay 85 for everyone. Felt very wrong for a 5 star hotel to negotiate
