I didn’t book the hotel myself, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised! Stayed on the 6th floor in a very clean and well-kept room. The location is great, close to the city center with easy access to public transportation. The staff were very polite and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a comfortable and convenient experience. I’d definitely recommend it and would be happy to visit again.

A True Place after Disappointing Start Elsewhere After a terrible experience with a misleading reservation at another property and two exhausting hours of walking around Athens, I was fortunate to find Ilisia Hotel. Despite being fully booked, the manager Andreas and Konstantinos went above and beyond to find a solution for me. They welcomed me with kindness, listened to my concerns, and truly made me feel cared for, not just as a customer, but as a person. The location is great , with many returning guests and good restaurants . While the rooms are a bit dated, they are comfortable and well worth the price. The breakfast was a pleasant, and the entire staff was consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Thank you, Ilisia Hotel, for becoming my home for two weeks and turning a rough beginning into a truly warm stay. I’ll definitely be back!

The hotel is nice. Although, there is very poor management. Me and my buddies used the gym downstairs as we were waiting for our rooms to be ready. After using the gym we hopped into the sauna. Unbeknownst to us, the sauna was not “for use” and that we had to “finish up finish up” and leave. After, they informed us that we would have to pay €45 for the minimum of 16 minute sauna use. Which we were fine paying. But was most annoying was the reaction that the management staff gave us. I would understand this if there was any signs representing that the sauna was out of use but there was not. I respect the worker that relayed us the information as he was respectful and apologized. But, as for the management they were disrespectful and should consider putting up signs that represent items are closed and/or come with a fee associated.
