Staying at this condo hotel in Tokyo was a game-changer for our family of four. Most chain hotels in downtown areas offer tiny rooms that feel like shoeboxes, especially when you’re hauling a week’s worth of luggage. This place, though, is a breath of fresh air. The modern design — sleek lines, minimalist decor, and high-end finishes — gave it a luxurious yet cozy vibe. The amenities were top-notch: a fully-equipped kitchen, washer-dryer, and a spacious living area that let us spread out without tripping over each other. For a family of four, the extra space was a lifesaver. The kids had their own bunkbed, and we weren’t stacking suitcases like a Tetris game. The bathroom was roomy, with modern fixtures and a double vanity (two sinks) that allowed two people to get ready simultaneously. The location was perfect, too—close to public transportation, but quiet enough to unwind. Technology-wise: The Wi-Fi was fast, and the comfortable couch and big screen TV in the living area added a nice touch for downtime. Compared to the cramped chain hotels we’ve squeezed into before, this condo hotel felt like a home away from home. It’s ideal for families who need space to breathe, store their stuff, and just *be* without feeling on top of one another. Highly recommend for anyone traveling with kids or lots of luggage. We’d book again in a heartbeat.
This was our second stay with illi Group and just like the last time, it was fantastic. The location is central, the room was clean and spacious (and not to mention stylish), and the staff was responsive and accommodating. I imagine we will always choose to stay with them on our visits to Tokyo!
Very large and clean rooms. Even have a kitchen if you want to cook something. Very good price. I bumped my head several times against the bunk beds though, I suggest moving the beds apart.
