Negatives: -Making the reservation was difficult- our phone calls were disconnected. I’m not sure why. But it took me many phone calls to make the reservation. -The Sunday lunch buffet was average and over-priced. Food wasn’t impressive. They charge adult pricing for children 10 years and older. Next time I would eat lunch first before coming. Positives: -The breakfast buffet was really good and included hot foods like crepes, eggs, toast, fruit and waffles. The Aqua Park is really fun! There is a very nice slide and lazy river. My kids really enjoyed swimming here! Location is calm and has beautiful views of rice fields and green hills behind the water park. Advice: If you want pool towels, bring your own, otherwise you’ll need to use the shower towels in the room. I gave the rooms a 3 star because the beds weren’t super comfortable, our sink drain was broken/plugged, the shower head didn’t work properly and kept sputtering or changing pressure, and no special amenities included with the rooms. But overall it was clean and comfortable. It would be helpful to post hours for the water park and the meals and pools to guests as it was confusing when I asked different employees and I got different answers each time.
We went here because we celebrated our 8 years anniversary. It was on a Monday and we were the only one here. It is definitely a little outside town and sleeping over would have been ideal. They have plenty of activities, ideal for family, friends, couple, or seminar. They had a monkey 😳, yes they really do a little aggressive. The food was both not wow although it only took them 15 minutes to have our food ready. Will be a good spot between friends for an overnight plan.
Infrastructures and food are great. Welcoming staff, especially the waitresses and the guy on the desert station. The pavillions are better for small families. Rooms are clean but are not cleaned everyday. Also, it is better to call twice if you want to spend the week end as they can get mixed up with their bookings and forget to take note of yours (which was our case). Make sure you double or triple check when you order something or book a table as they can also get mixed up. Last details: If you don't like the crowd, don't come during the week end. Most guests comes with small children, running and screaming around. Be aware that it's close to the airport so you might hear airplanes once in a while.
