Very central location and you are literally across from every thing you need for light shopping .. the hotel is under renovation and what is done is ok .. however,the pool is unappealing and the staff barely speak English (They do make for it by being pleasant).. the grounds need serious development, there is only two f&b outlets in this massive hotel and one is just a cafe! The buffet needs a lot of improvement (rooms are great if it wasn’t for the noise from 8am onwards).

Very disappointing dinner experience — unacceptable staff attitude We are currently staying at this hotel, and unfortunately, our second day here has been completely ruined by a very unpleasant incident during dinner. From the moment we arrived at the restaurant, the waitress named Lara was extremely rude to us. It all started when she asked for our room number in English. We answered clearly in English several times, but she couldn’t understand or find our booking. Then, she apparently asked for a name in Spanish, but as we don’t speak Spanish, we didn’t understand the question. Instead of calmly switching back to English, she kept repeating the same question, each time becoming more aggressive and impatient. Eventually, she did ask for the name in English, and the issue was resolved. When we entered the dining area with our child, all the tables were taken, so we sat at the side tables along the wall. There were cups on the tables, but no one informed us that seating there was not allowed. We were halfway through our meal when Lara approached us very rudely, using a translation app on her phone, saying this was a breakfast area and questioning how we could not see the cups. Her tone and body language were aggressive and disrespectful, which left us completely shocked and confused. She then continued taking our drink order, and although we simply asked for a small bottle of water, she deliberately kept asking additional questions in Spanish, knowing we don’t understand. I calmly repeated “small bottle of water” and showed the size with hand gestures. Her attitude remained arrogant and unprofessional. At that point, I couldn’t tolerate her behavior anymore and politely asked if everything was okay with her and why she was being so rude to us. Her face immediately changed, she tore off the receipt, left it on the table, and walked away. Minutes later, we saw her speaking to another woman at a different table in the exact same rude manner, and that woman also asked her if there was a problem. We have traveled extensively, but we have never encountered such shockingly poor service from restaurant staff. It’s clear there is absolutely no proper training provided to the restaurant team regarding how to communicate with guests. Our holiday has been seriously affected by this situation. We still have three more nights here, but the experience is already spoiled. First impressions and staff attitude are crucial for a pleasant stay — sadly, this hotel has failed in this regard. We are very disappointed and rate the hotel 1 star for this unacceptable service.

In the picture you see the two rooms we purchased. İ have two little kids. We will wake up with construction workers in the morning. The lobby staff is very aggressive. They are rude. They don't help with changing rooms. Before I forget, let me write that their rooms smell bad. Seriously, don't come here.
