I just returned from the best vacation of my life at this hotel. The service deserves the highest praise. From the waiters and bartenders to the owners, all very friendly and helpful, I felt at home. Food very good, rooms comfortable and clean. The views are unforgettable. Daily view for beautiful sunsets. If you want to feel the family atmosphere and experience true Greek hospitality then visit this hotel. I, for sure, will be back next year and I can recommend to everyone.

This hotel should be a 3* definitely not 4. The whole hotel was extremely tired. The food was canteen food and never hot. We had 2 hot showers in 2 weeks. The drinks were a very limited choice with flat mixers. Bar shut at 10.45 every evening. We were given a sea view room which was basically a view of frosted glass. We were told this was for health and safety! If you get this hotel as a last minute cheap deal fair enough. But we didn’t. So expected a 4* hotel. There were 3 swimming pools. Third fresh water pool was filled up at the end of our stay. Children were allowed in all pools. It would have been nice to have an adult only pool as we don’t all want to listen to screaming children. Staff were mostly pleasant. Hotel was kept clean.

Please read this!!! This hotel is the worse I have ever been to. The reception staff are rude and are constantly shouting at staff. We had problems with our rooms and they weren't bothered about fixing the problem, just kept on promising to come and fix it. The food is always cold, the morning and evening restaurant is like a staff canteen. Dark and very small. Very poor. The drinks are cheap coke and lemonade. You have to queue up for a long time for drinks and they allow people they know jump the line which is bad. I reported this but they didn't resolve it. Power sockes didn't work in one of my rooms and it took them 6 days to fix it and I reported it on the first day. This is never a 4 star hotel. The snacks are left over from the day before. The food is disgusting, we had to eat out so it was a waste of money paying for all inclusive. Every time I reported these issues to reception they just lie and say they will be resolved on the day but they leave it or just dont resolve them. Honestly don't go to this resort and waste your money. The lights don't work on the sea front. The sea front is dangerous as there are big drops. It all poor.
