Visiting I'M Hotel was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel valued throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with stunning city views. We especially loved the iconic acrylic-bottomed infinity pool and the luxurious spa. Dining at their rooftop bar was a highlight—delicious food paired with a beautiful skyline view. A truly memorable 5-star experience in the heart of Makati!
My wife booked the room for a quick weekend r&r. Helpful front desk. Spacious rooms. Good buffet. Most staff have service-with-a-smile approach. Suggested improvements: add shower cap, more cotton buds and nail file to toiletries. Very Satisfied overall.
We booked this five-star hotel the day before our flight, expecting a smooth and luxurious experience – but unfortunately, the small details added up to a disappointing stay. First, when we called to request an airport pickup, we were told that the hotel requires bookings at least two days in advance, and there were no vehicles available. Fair enough – but this policy wasn’t mentioned anywhere on the website. When we arrived, no one helped us with our luggage from the taxi, which is surprising for a hotel of this standard. Later, when we asked to send our bags up to the room while we went to eat, they insisted that one of us accompany the staff to the room again, not the level of service we expected. We also asked for a recommendation for a good Italian restaurant, and were directed to the hotel’s own restaurant. Unfortunately, the food was extremely underwhelming it honestly tasted like instant spaghetti you’d buy at 7/11. Definitely not the dining experience we were hoping for. On top of that, we were shocked to discover that in order to use the spa facilities including the jacuzzi and heated pool guests are required to enter completely naked. It doesn’t matter that the areas are separated by gender; this policy feels outdated and very uncomfortable for many modern travelers. We believe guests should be informed of such policies in advance especially when they contradict common expectations for international five star hotels. While the facilities may look good on paper, the overall experience, service, and attention to guest comfort left much to be desired.
