I was hesitant booking this hotel due to the reviews but i did anyway and honestly had such a good experience. The elevator is back to working so there was no long wait or any wait at all for the elevator, the room was smaller than expected but wasn’t such a big deal. One thing i would say, is the walls are very dirty throughout the whole hotel like in the hallways ect just has heaps of marks. But overall was a good experience. if you like a nice and quiet area, definitely do not book this hotel due to it being so close to the M1.

My kids and I wanted a city stay with a pool, we did our research as that was our main priority when choosing somewhere. I had been concerned about access and heat of the pool so before I locked this place in I called them to ask about the access and heat of the pool. I was told it would be open and heated to 28 degrees so I went ahead with the booking......the pool was open but freezing.....therefore the one thing we'd wanted most was then NOT accessible....incredibly disappointing given it had been our priority. When we asked they claimed as it was outside they couldn't help what temp it was......next time tell the truth to people who say it's why they are staying....we won't be staying there again... which is a shame as they had lovely beds, bedding and luxurious oversize towels and the rooms were quite nice.....

We stayed one night and definitely will not be staying again! There was only 1 lift working took over half an hour to wait for the lift. Other people were waiting over an hour to just try to get back on the ground floor. Our room definitely wasn’t cleaned before we arrived, there was left over takeaway food left in the cupboard from a previous person staying. We definitely won’t be back and will be telling friends not to ever stay there.
