By far the most worth visiting 5 star hotel in Greece, and I’ve tried many . Yes a whole experience , from the premises and the environment , the views and the polite staff . The small details informing u about the weather the next day and the excellent housekeeping . Really obsessed with it !
It was a good hotel; I liked it a lot. However, something I didn't like was one of the people working there yelling at another one and saying that they didn't work and things like that, and the poor woman cried. That was the only disadvantage I saw in the hotel. So, please keep a look at the people working there.
Please learn to communicate with visitors. You are advertising a bar and restaurant and yet when we tried to have coffee and brunch there, a member of staff said "only by appointment". Did you mean only by booking? The communication happened between 2 Greek people, so no language barrier, just rudeness I guess.
