IMG Hotel Rio Quente

The rooms are very confy, they have nice ACs in it, the mini kitchen has some accessories that you can use for quick meals and the beds are nice. They are simple, but nice. The price is good for it's quality. The pools and river are cleaned constantly and do work well. I'd recommend.

Terrible. The apart-hotel is uncomfortable. Loud music all the time from the central pool area. It is impossible to take some rest or watch TV anytime during the day. Breakfast doesn't deserve this name. Low quality fruits, coffee taste is disgusting, you will have to struggle to grab a bread due to their disorganized restaurant. The sofa-bed has a thin coach turning your nights into nightmares. There is no wifi in the apartment or common areas. The wifi available at the lobby is very slow. There is no room service, nor even a water bottle. Fortunately the apartment was clean.

Horrible experience. Room was dirty, bathroom filthy, did not included the breakfast in the reservation even though we requested the breakfast, there is no enough parking space for all guests, toilet kept clogging. I do not recommend.
