My wife and I stayed here two nights in early May. The whole experience was incredible. The staff is genuinely friendly and helpful, the property itself is gorgeous and very thoughtfully designed, and the food/drinks were absolutely perfect. A lot of the produce they serve is grown in their own garden and everything is made from scratch. There's also a couple cute little goats down the hill that you can watch play. I guess it's also important to mention the room was comfortable and quiet and we loved it. I can't say enough good things about Immerso, and am looking forward to when we can come back. Oh yeah, get the tiger prawn if they have it on the menu.
we stayed here for one night in the corner suite room 112. Very spacious room with a lot of glass and a terrace surrounding the room. I was surprised by the decoration of this hotel. It feels very warm and modern. staff was super friendly and I love the terrace with the view on the ocean where you can chill and have a drink or a snack. The benches and seats are very comfortable there and it's a good spot to chill or work what I liked was the crowd that's coming here it feels like people with open mind little bit younger 25 to 40 that look trendy and happy during the day. Some people were working on their laptops on the terrace making it easy to connect with other people, they have a beautiful pool on the roof with view on the ocean. I liked the à la carte dinner in the restaurant. They had a live band singing some modern music very relaxed. The food was goodalthough I had food poisoning from the fish soup which was delicious but at night I think one of the shrimps which was served to raw was maybe something wrong with it that happens. The staff was super friendly and I think it's a place we will visit again.
We went to the restaurant for dinner and did not stay at the hotel. It was our anniversary and we were given complimentary champagne on arrival. Incredible location with superb views, sunset is gorgeous (but be prepared it gets hot), food and service was an extremely high standard. The only complaint I had was the coffee was a big let down. For a restaurant of this calibre the coffee should be the compliment to a great meal and instead it was watery weak.
