Very impressed with hotel, location and service.
Very good!
Poor service at reception. Told the sauna and pool was closed until after 8pm and the restaurant was closed for the evening due to a poorly attended wedding fair. They could've given us tickets to the next door aqua park as the flyer in the room said access to the aqua park was free. At reception we were told it wasn't right and we'd have to pay. All in all very poor customer service.
