Imperial Golf View Hotel

Imperial Golf View Hotel is a beautiful and spacious place with excellent food and well-furnished rooms. The atmosphere is welcoming and perfect for both leisure and business. However, navigating the hotel can be quite a challenge due to its many similar-looking corridors—I got lost more than once! It became a running joke with the housekeepers who found my confusion quite amusing. Despite the maze-like layout, the staff were friendly and helpful, always guiding me back with a smile. Overall, it’s a great hotel with top-notch service, though a few more direction signs wouldn’t hurt! Would definitely return.

I loved the location of this hotel because you get a beach view of lake Victoria, access to Victoria Mall and a nature walk where you can see wild animals. The staff gave their all in making sure we were attended to.

This hotel has potential but it seems to be very neglected. Will start by praising the lovely and professional reception staff who handled my check in efficiently. However on getting to my room, there were no gowns, sandles, the AC was faulty and rather loud. The TV was ancient and not smart. The room size is more than ample with a good bed. The bathroom worked but is in obvious need of revamp. There are loose tiles in the room that creak when you walk over them. Toiletries were incomplete and the towels threadbare. Breakfast was woefully lacking in taste and diversity. Basically for the price and location, the hotel fell short. I believe they can and should do better.
