I would like to sincerely thank the entire hotel management and staff for the wonderful hospitality during our stay. The service was excellent, the staff was courteous and attentive, and every small detail was well taken care of. It truly made the experience memorable and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Imperial Grand! The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff was courteous, attentive, and always ready to help. The food was delicious with a good variety to choose from. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable experience — highly recommended for anyone visiting the area! The premises was good with ample parking space. We have opted for dinner and breakfast both and the quality of food and variety was good. The staff was helpful and service was good. Room and washroom was clean. There are no extra entertainment activities as such except swimming pool so good for one night stay. It doesn't provide 4-5 star experience but overall it was satisfactory stay.
