I just wanted a room with a good bed and excellent location, which is exactly what I got. The bathrooms are a bit old and rusty but they work great. The staff are lovely, like most Moroccan people, very polite and kind and helpful. Breakfast is fine and although the spa was closed for Ramadan, we had so much to do during our stay. The receptionists were lovely and spoke fluent English and they even cared for our every need, even late at night. To be honest, id come back and stay here again. Also, Nadia was a darling. She was multitasking and had the greatest ideas and Fantastic information and concierge for us. Thank you to all the staff at Imperial Holiday for taking care of us.

Having read some of the reviews on here I was worried, but my flight was cancelled and EasyJet assigned me this hotel and I was determined to give it a chance. Upon arrival, the staff were lovely, reception was clean and well maintained, and Hassan especially was incredible kind and helpful! Moving to the rooms, the en suite bathroom was great with the shower having amazing water pressure. The air conditioning was great, and honestly, it was the most comfortable I’d been (temperature wise) all week. The beds were comfy and clean, and there was plenty of space. The one thing to note is although there is a fridge, water is not included which is something to be aware of! The pool area was quiet and clean, with a very cute little pool, sunbeds and umbrellas. Overall, this hotel was a genuinely nice experience (better than the hotel I’d checked out of for my cancelled flight home!) and I’m unsure as to what the complaints were talking about. Breakfast was good, nothing fancy, but good pastries and orange juice, and again the staff were just wonderful. It is not a particularly glamorous hotel, but if you want charm, authenticity, friendly staff, and value for money, this is absolutely the place for you. I would definitely come again.

Bad hotel over all the website and pictures online are a lie,we asked for pool view and then they gave us one that looks on the road very noisy and people move furniture upstairs .Very old not clean, the picture looks nice but in real life it’s much smaller. The prices are not reasonable for it.We wish we never went their. There is only one charger cable in the whole room and in the balcony there is no where to sit.The breakfast was a scam they said it was 100 online for everyone but then it turned out to be 420 dirham.Breakfast was limited no choices for the kids. The pool is dirty and closes at 7 the photos have a night swim and there are no towels which are dirty.Staff is very rude my son asked them for a fork and he said we are stupid. Do not recommend
