Imperial Hotel

Just returned from a group holiday ,there were 20 of us. Really couldn't fault anything, food was great and always hot and tasty. Management were brilliant, every staff member was lovely and very friendly. Room's clean and comfortable. Entertainment was very good and varied, would definitely return, we all had a memorable time. Good location for both seafront and shopping centre, also for buses to other destinations.

Just returned from a holiday at this lovely hotel. The setting was great, our room was spacious and clean. The food was excellent for the price but the outstanding feature was the staff. They were polite, efficient and friendly. A special mention must go to Andrei, he kept us and the other guests in stitches. He is an asset to the hotel.

I have recently returned from the Imperial Hotel, Eastbourne following a 4 night/5 day break and cannot fault it whatsoever. From the minute of checking in the service was impeccable, well organised and welcoming. I had a quite spacious single room which was exceptionally clean, nice bedding with comfortable bed (extra pillows in the wardrobe). There was a fan provided if needed as the weather was warm. Tv mounted on the wall The bathroom had a corner shower and again, was spotless with white fluffy towels. Beautiful dining room, again extremely clean but what stood out most for me was the service and quality of meals served hot and quickly, nothing was too much trouble, The Coffee Lounge served a variety of snacks and drinks at very reasonable prices, Evening entertainment ideal for our group, we had a singalong remembering all the ‘golden oldies’ with dancing following the Bingo. Drinks prices at the bar reasonable with bar staff delivering the drinks on trays if you couldn’t manage across a busy dance floor. All in all a smashing stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return! A big thank you to the staff and housekeepers for making our stay memorable. All you did need was patience with the two lifts which were small (only 3 people at one time) but you overcame this as everything else was perfect. Thank you again Imperial, see you again!
