Imperial Hotel Gold Coast

I recently stayed at the Imperial Hotel Gold Coast and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the service was flawless — every detail was taken care of with genuine warmth and professionalism. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful spaces that feel both grand and inviting. High Tea at Le Jardin was a standout — absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. I enjoyed every bite! The rooms? Spacious, luxurious, and immaculately clean — I truly loved every moment of my stay. And I can’t forget to mention the buffet breakfast — it’s a dream! There’s everything you could possibly imagine… and then some. Even the gluten-free options were genuinely delicious, which is so rare to find. Do yourself a favour and stay here — you’ll be glad you did.

Wow, talk about great service, from everyone in the restaurant, bars, reception, as well as all the concierges! Stayed 3 nights, loved the view of the lagoon, and the room was spotless! Food from the restaurant was presented well and tasted great! We had a couples massage at The Beauty Room, which was relaxing, tranquil, and service was spot on! Checked out very early in the morning and had a breakfast box packed for us ready to go! Truly recommend this place, it is great to stay somewhere where the staff go above and beyond to ensure you enjoy your stay! We will definitely be back!

From the moment we walked into the Imperial Hotel, we were blown away. The entire place feels like a romantic escape to Italy! The rooms were spacious and gorgeous with one of the most stunning bathtubs I’ve ever used. The pool area was equally dreamy and was perfect for lounging in the sun! Staff were kind and attentive and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and made us feel really looked after. Really great breakfast buffet too! If you’re after a luxurious European-inspired stay on the Gold Coast this is it for sure. Already dreaming of coming back!!
