Imperial Hotel

Excellent location, friendly staff, and clean rooms. If you come and go from your room a lot, or are mobility-restricted, you may want to ask for a room on the 1st floor. The elevator is very, very small and you will spend a lot of time waiting for it. This is a beautiful, historic building so tiny elevators are to be expected. The bathrooms were recently redone and, to be honest, mine was pretty awkward with nowhere to put my toiletries, but that's a minor issue. Overall, I would absolutely choose to stay here again.

OK place to stay right in the centre of Krakow. Maybe a bit more dated and tired looking than some other hotels but for PLN200 (£40) per night it was good value. All staff seemed pleasant enough and spoke good English. Room was clean and quite large with tea/coffee and a fridge. Over bath shower with toiletries provided.

One of the many hotels in Kraków Center. Rooms are good and breakfast is ok. Situated right on the main square, so an ideal location. Room service available. Rooms clean and above average. Recommended if you are looking for a central hotel. Lots of staff, although they seem to be interested in drinking coffee at breakfast time, whilst the guests are in the breakfast room...
