Imperial Hotel

By and large friendly and excellent staff. Hardworking. Breakfast was great. Hotel has excellent facilities and spacious rooms. The food is excellent. It's nice to have music in the bar, pianist and harpist while we were there. It would be nice if there was a performance every evening.

So impressed ! From check in with Wendy till the time we left amazing. We usually stay at the premier inn (which works out more expensive) but glad we tried the Imperial. We traveled with elderly parent who has mobility issues and the hotel is very accessible and I requested a walk in shower which was provided. Rooms were extensive and spotless. Staff super friendly and all went the extra mile. Afternoon tea and breakfast were lovely with an awesome view. Had a lovely swim then a relaxing jacuzzi and steam. Thank you so much for a lovely stay ! We will definitely be back!

We had a lovely time at The Imperial Llandudno! All staff were friendly, polite and helpful (reception, restaurant, housekeeping, night staff) and couldn't do enough to help you. I accidentally left one of my favourite t shirts there, and rang them. I had a phone call from them later, they had located it, and sent it back to me the very next day, and I received it the day after. I would definitely go there, the breakfasts were fantastic! Could do with a little bit of an update here and there, but thats a minor detail. Other than that, a great time was had by all!
