Very nice hotel in the old quarter. Had a great stay here. Staff was really great. Anna at the front desk went above and beyond. Excellent buffet breakfast which changed daily. They even gave me a small gift when I left. Staff was so friendly and kind.
Amazing stay at the Imperial Hotel & Spa. The location is unbeatable and the rooms are generously sized and beds incredibly comfortable. Our room did not have a window but this made it so quiet at night and easy to sleep. The old quarter can get very loud with the honking of scooters so I definitely recommend this, it was the perfect haven to get some rest from the hot bustling city of Hanoi. Anna was super accommodating and helped us book our sleeper bus to Sapa. Amazing service! I would highly recommend this hotel!
Lovely staff. They made us feel at home. Our room was spacious and so was the toilet. Buffet breakd was yummy and had a range of options. The space was a bit tucked away, meaning we got to get some rest from the hustle and bustle of hanoi. Overall, an amazing place. We will definitely stay here again!
