Imperial Hotel Tokyo

We have been staying with imperial hotel every time we come to Tokyo and I cannot recommend more for the service and atmosphere this hotel offers, not to mention the rich and unique history of this hotel. From the moment I arrived at the Imperial Hotel, everything was flawless. The location is unbeatable — centrally positioned with easy access to major attractions, shopping, and public transport, yet offering a peaceful and elegant atmosphere away from the city’s rush. The service is where this hotel truly shines. Every staff member I encountered was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. Whether it was the smooth check-in, the helpful concierge, or the impeccable housekeeping, the standard of hospitality was consistently outstanding. The blend of classic charm and modern comfort throughout the hotel made the stay even more special. It’s clear that attention to detail and guest experience are top priorities here. A truly memorable stay — I can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and top-tier service in Tokyo.

A wonderful hotel, staff were amazing. The room was incredible. The only thing if I could fault them at all was the breakfast buffet. I was really hoping for a great western bfast and sadly it was ok. Nothing great. :-( anyway everything else was fantastic. Again the staff were by far the best we had the pleasure of speaking with for our Japan holiday. An amazing place!

This was my first time to Japan and I could not ask for a better place to stay. The staff were amazing even opening up the business center early for you if needed. Their laundry service is excellent and affordable if your traveling light. Worth every penny. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Japan especially if it is your first time because the staff will help you navigate the town. Coming back very soon!
