Absolutely appalling experience – avoid this place! I’ve never been treated with such disrespect at a hotel before. The receptionist at Imperial Hotel & Spa Olănești was shockingly rude and completely lacking in basic human decency. We stopped by and simply asked if my little girl could use the bathroom — and we were flat-out refused. No empathy, no courtesy, just a cold, arrogant attitude. It’s unacceptable for any place that calls itself a "hotel and spa" to turn away a child in need of a bathroom. Shame on you for the way you treat people. We had been considering staying there, but after this experience, we wouldn’t step foot inside. Avoid this place if you value kindness, professionalism, or just basic human compassion!

Terrible staff! Horrendous receptionist! The receptionist is absolutely dreadful. She’s always angry and treats customers with a shockingly unpleasant attitude. I felt judged and was spoken to in a very rude manner. After reading her responses to customer reviews, it’s clear she has serious anger management issues and desperately needs to learn proper customer service skills...and I would even suggest her to see a psychiatrist. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a welcoming and hospitable environment.
