The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were cooperative throughout my stay. Do note, they require a mandatory incidental deposit of RM400 per room per night for Rooms & Junior Suites, which is collected at check-in. I booked the Executive Room with a private pool and stayed on the 30th floor, the view of the KL skyline was stunning. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the essentials, including a generous closet area and a clean, modern bathroom. The hotel has a beautiful rooftop pool (around the 51st floor) and a sky deck with city views, guests can access it freely, while outside visitors need to pay. The hotel had a lot for families or leisure stays, though I was there for work. The breakfast was great, with lots of variety, and the location is central, walking distance to the Twin Towers and other downtown attractions and Bolt/Grab rides were easy to get. There’s not much to complain about. The lobby being on the 8th floor is a bit unusual — you’re first dropped off at the ground floor concierge area, which also has a small café. While the view from the room is beautiful, it can get repetitive after a few days as i am more of a nature person. The drive to the hotel from the airport can also take over an hour during peak traffic due to its downtown location. Plus, the minibar is complimentary (though limited), though a nice touch, only includes four drinks and one chocolate bar — so don’t expect too much there. Overall, a modern and well-located hotel with great views and amenities perfect for families or a short city stay. Just be prepared for the deposit and downtown traffic.

I had a wonderful experience at Imperial Lexis Kuala Lumpur. From the moment we arrived, the staffs were helpful and friendly, keeping us well taken care of throughout our stay. The room was spacious and clean, with a stunning city view. The private pool was the highlight. We especially appreciated the 5 star service and comfortable dining area.

Great Ambience & Service, But Communication Needs Improvement Visited Imperial Lexis KL for drinks — the location was fantastic and the service was genuinely good. Loved the vibe and overall experience. However, one suggestion: I wasn’t informed that the bar and kitchen close at 12 AM. I placed a cocktail order right at 12, only to be told it was already closed. As a first-time guest, it would have been helpful if staff had given a heads-up at least 15 minutes before closing time. A simple reminder would go a long way in enhancing the guest experience. That said, I’d definitely visit again — just a small tweak in communication would make it perfect!
