The hotel is excellent and the location is great opposite the sea. I booked a room with a sea view. I thank SON, the receptionist, for his good treatment and assistance throughout my entire stay.
Thank you to the Imperial Hotel staff for their warm and friendly welcome. In particular, I highly appreciate Ms. Huyen's (Manager) way of working, approach to customers and problem solving. Love the location,,, right across from the beach, sea view is indescribable but,,, we stayed on the 25th floor. Pros: the sound of ocean wave feel like we are lying right at the beach,,, very soothing. Cons: loud noise from karaoke on the beach at night and lots of noise from pp passing by to get to the pool on roof top floor. Service is excellent but breakfast should have more variety.
