Imperial Palace Hotel

Two years ago, I vacationed in this hotel with my husband and daughter. I was very satisfied with absolutely everything. The price is very favorable, unlike other holidaymakers, and what you get for this money is worth much more. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom has a set of cosmetics - bath, shampoo, towels, everything is changed and replenished every day. The beach is 20m from the hotel, the water is very clean, beautiful, warm and not very crowded. The food is very diverse, there are always two different dishes for lunch and dinner, a lot of cooked dishes, a lot of salads, pastries, spreads, pasta, really everything. My daughter was very picky about food, but she tried a lot of things there and she liked everything she tried. I am very pleased that fruit is always available as well as plenty of vegetables for meals. We are really satisfied and for that reason we are coming here again this year with the baby.

I never leave reviews, but this hotel has a huge potential in standing out if they worked a bit more on certain things. I read some of the reviews on Booking, and honestly its not as bad as people say. The rooms were nice, we had a very beautiful view and had a cleaner every other day, no complains of that. They also took lots of care of the pool area, cleaning the pool every morning, scooping dirt out and washing the sunbeds and overall the whole area before breakfast. Staff was ok, especially the natives. The main problem is the hygiene in the food area. Greasy plates are very common and a few broken glass cups here and there. Food was okay but 80% same every day. The place was very packed especially during lunch and dinner with kids screaming and running around, and people putting more on their plates than they can eat, resulting in a massive food waste. The staff around the food was the main problem. I got disgusted when i saw the staff girl licking the melted ice cream on her glove before giving the ice cream with the SAME hand to my boyfriend. Cant imagine what else they could have done without people knowing. I hope this reaches the leaders/supervisors of the staff, and raises more awareness about the hygiene and being a bit more specific when hiring somebody who will have to do something with the hygiene.

This hotel is very beautiful on the outside. But from the first second that you enter leaves a bitter taste, the pictures that are posted on the site are probably taken many years ago, cleaning leaves something to be desired. The room is clean, the towels have been changed daily, there is no comment on the room. The dining room is hot, the air conditioning does not cope. The biggest problem is with food, the same every day.
