It's not in the best location, but for the price, it makes sense. It's hard to get an Uber or Bolt in this location, usually a 15 minute wait (we came in May). The rooms are okay! Not bad. They need to add "do not disturb" signs to the rooms because housekeeping will knock continuously if you're trying to nap. The service was fine and the breakfast was decent. This is a decent hotel if you're trying to be cheaper. Biggest pro: it's directly beside the profi store.
No WiFi in rooms, furnature is broken, fridge is not working but present in room :D
No working heating units, in WINTER !!! Old and broken furniture, terrible smells. It's a test if you want to sleep in bed as the sheets are mostly tear apart. Tested 2 rooms as in the first the heating unit was almost fly from the room (103) changed with room 203, but also the heater died at midnight ... also noisy people all night long, better lock the door. NOT RECOMENDED unless you like being treat bad ...
