I stayed on this hotel! My first impression really excellent especially with Admin - Mr.Kai he take care very nice friendly i appreciate his work. And more more staff. Worth for money this Hotel, no doubt Spacious room Quick response Friendly admin staff

Visited KL for 5 nights, booked Imperial Regency Suite's Family room via Agoda. Things I loved 1. Superb value, about 200RM per night 2. Spacious for a family of four 3. Thick walls, can't really hear the other rooms. 4. Basement parking that leads straight to rooms 5. Rooms were well equipped with safe, iron board, fridge etc, and relatively comfortable beds and pillows 6. Location is pretty central and directly connected to Kenrinchi LRT Things that I didn't like 1. Noisy traffic, esp for bed in the main room 2. Housekeeping shattered some glass which was not cleaned properly and cut my wife's foot. Might be a one off? But still very dangerous for families with kids. 3. WiFi was very intermittent and kept disconnecting so we were on mobile data roaming most of the time. 4. Parking 5RM per day 5. One toilet only Overall, my wife and I are split about staying here again, understandable given her cut foot 😔

⭐ 1 star I’ve been a regular customer, but this time was a terrible experience. It was already midnight, and I didn’t have RM100 in cash for the deposit. I politely offered to do an instant bank transfer or even split it—half in cash, half by transfer. But the front desk rudely said “cannot,” with no help or flexibility. ATM wasn’t working, I was tired, and I felt completely unwelcome. I left feeling disrespected. No empathy, no solution. Even though I lost the money I already paid online, I won’t be coming back. Very disappointed with how they treat loyal customers.
