Imperial Shams Abu Soma All inclusive

I recently stayed at the Imperial Shams Abu Soma Hotel with my Polish family, and we had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff, who made check-in smooth and pleasant. They were always helpful throughout our stay. The bar area was lively and relaxing—perfect for unwinding in the evenings. The bartenders were cheerful, attentive, and made excellent cocktails. Whether you preferred lounging by the bar or enjoying drinks on the terrace, the atmosphere was always inviting. We especially loved the restaurant, which offered a great variety of dishes to suit all tastes. Every meal was delicious and freshly prepared, and the selection included both local Egyptian cuisine and international options. The staff at the restaurant were polite and efficient, making the dining experience enjoyable every time. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the sandy beach. It was clean, quiet, and ideal for both relaxation and family activities. The water was crystal clear and perfect for swimming or snorkeling. There were plenty of sunbeds available, and the beach bar offered refreshments so we could enjoy drinks with our toes in the sand. Traveling with my Polish family, it was important for us to find a resort that was both family-friendly and relaxing—and Imperial Shams Abu Soma exceeded our expectations. We would happily return and recommend it to others looking for a great Red Sea holiday.

The rooms were spotless and incredibly comfortable — we especially loved waking up to the beautiful view each morning. The all-inclusive package was absolutely worth it. The food options were varied and delicious, with something to please every palate. From gourmet meals to quick snacks by the pool, everything was top quality. The drinks were also fantastic, with an impressive selection of cocktails and refreshing non-alcoholic options. But what truly made this vacation unforgettable was the entertainment team — and especially the chief of animation. Their energy, creativity, and passion brought so much life to the resort. Every show, activity, and game was thoughtfully planned and incredibly fun. The chief of animation deserves a special shout-out for their charisma, leadership, and ability to bring people together. They made everyone feel included, from kids to adults, and ensured there was never a dull moment. Thanks to the entire team at Imperial Shams and especially the phenomenal chief of animation and Ahmed the waiter — for creating such a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The hotel is perfect for quiet vacation, everything here is with measure, not too much of anything. Part of the rooms are old, part under renovation, and part already renovated. Clean and tidy. The food is good, you can always find something to eat. The animation team could be better, and somehow there is no consistency with the team, always different people, and not too good connection with guests, sometimes they seem a bit rude and pushy. The beach is perfect, you can always find place, and the staff is kind, the same goes for the beach bar, kind and serviable. At the sea you can find coral reef with fishes, and the only downside is that the water is shallow so you can't swim. The pools are ok, but also not for swimming, also a small aquapark in the hotel nextdoor which can be used. In general I recommend this hotel for a nice and enjoyable vacation.
