Imperial Sunland

Our stay at the Sunland Hotel was wonderful. I definitely recommend this place for its friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and perfect location. Thank you for everything! Mr.Deniz is a good animator, the shows are enjoying with him!

This hotel made me surprised. Rooms are not renovated. They are old and in bathroom it was worst! Food was good. And outside territory was good. Wouldn’t pay attention to small details which wasn’t ok, IF - Animation wasn’t SO bad! Rude! One man stand! Whole week! We left animation after he got rude to other tourist girl. And got so rude comments about us! Even if we left with small kids! And it was really late. I was so surprised when he came at our last day and pressed to write positive feedback and name him! No way! 🙅‍♀️ hope that responsible people will see this and do something about that! We were there in end of the may!

HOTEL NOT FOR 5* THE WORST HOTEL I EVER SEE ONE STAR IS TOO MUCH. The worst hotel i ever was. Mini club is a tiny stinks dirty room where girl Lana cant even stay there with kids. She doesnt understand English and she wont to understand people. If you leave kids with her only what she can do she will turn cartoons/baby movie on her mobile phone and sat in icecream bar and not even try to speak with children. Mini disco they are play 3 same songs every night. Girl Lena cant dance for them but she is there to teach children to do it. There are rooms with not airconditioner. If you cant speak English or Rusian they will not clean your room for a while. I help to translate few people to ask for a cleaning service and they told me they werent done cleaning for a 3 days. No change a towers. There is not enough food for all guests. No staff to clean tables at restaurant so people must wait for a free table and clean by themselfs. Staff is not friendly always walk with angry face. No wifi on level 1 just next to recetion. They are offering 4 a la carte restaurant but when you ask there is only 2 types of restaurant but only one open each day. You must make a booking but this girl doesnt know English as well even her boss cant speak English. Staff from reception never heard about Mexican and Turkiesh restaurant. Fish restaurant is closed. From level 3 there is not tv chanelle connected. Disability toilet/ baby toilet is now storeroom for toilet paper, hands wash itd. I booked room fot 2 afults, 1 child and infland they didnt prepare baby cot. After 2 hrs they gave me broken one and for 2 nights my baby slept on mattrace on the floor. General menager promised me a cot after first night but he finished at 16 and went home without solving the problem. My mum went with us and they were overbooked so they put her on to the staff room on the back of reception with no airconditioner dirty room. No towels, no toilet paper, no soap. In lift is a day activity plan. I spent 6 days at this hotel and i seen once water aerobic. Nothing what is on hotel discription is happend there. IF YOU HAVE CHOICE DO NOT GO THERE.
