Imperiale

We had a wonderful experience at Hotel Imperiale, and a big part of that was thanks to Olena at the front desk. She helped us check in seamlessly and was incredibly kind and professional throughout our stay. Her guidance on exploring the city was spot on and made our visit so much easier and more enjoyable. Thank you, Olena, for your warm hospitality and excellent service!

Clean, comfortable room in a quiet location. Dinner service was slow and food was average. Main course was delivered before finishing soup. Needed to look for servers to order more drinks. Breakfast was excellent with attentive service.

This hotel was very disappointing. It’s located well out of the town centre. The room my wife and I were given was designed to be a room for a single disabled person (non ambulatory), while nothing is wrong with that it was set up for two people. The double bed was just pulled away from the wall and the bedding provided was too small for two people. There was no power outlets on the right hand side of the bed as it was only designed for one occupant. Other issues included the WIFI connection constantly dropping out and no bar fridge. If you’re room is located on the rear side of the hotel building be aware that there is logistics loading dock which starts up in the early morning hours. On the plus side there is a supermarket located across the car park and a good breakfast provided.
