The bride got ready in the bridal suite, and honestly, it felt like a royal chamber. The property is marvellous and the location is excellent. The staff, despite communicating via different channels, refused to understand a last minute situation for our client. They refused to issue a refund despite us calling them to let them know we could not make it as we were coming with a pet which they informed us was not possible in their property. Furthermore, our card we provided on file was marked as invalid but they claim not having cancelled our reservation despite the policy saying otherwise. We were charged our one night stay even after our multiple attempts to speak with the management.
